Mike is recognized for collaborative design processes, including staff and stakeholder involvement, and has created projects that have become an exciting part of our community’s fabric. His professional expertise includes educational design, as well as community and campus planning. He taught as an adjunct design professor at The Ohio State University from 1986 to 1991. Starting in 1982, he still continues to serve as a visiting jury critic. His experience as a teacher and his fine communication skills allow him to understand and simplify complex problems and help others visualize and explore possible solutions. Mike has been active with the Ohio Arts Council, chairing several panels and honored as the Artist-in-Residence from 1980-1981. He has been serving on the Bexley Architectural Review Board since 2003.
